Once Alexis returned, Octayvia left the stall, racing to the house where she called her vet. He was not even 5 minutes away and had already gotten the call, Alexis' vet had contacted him, he was to far away.

Thankful for finally some good news, she left the hous, making her way to the driveway to direct her vet, Dr. Flinn, to the barn. She was surprised when it was not only him that showed up but several vet tech's, one towing a front loader with his truck.

She led them to the stall, nodding to Alexis, whom reluctantly, got up and came to Octayvia's side. Once they were clear of the area, the vet techs had driven the front loader into the barn, and were wrapping a support around Alexandria's stomach. There were a few pitiful whinnies from the horse but otherwise he complied.

Once Alexandria was loaded the vet tech lifted him up and drove him, carefully, out of the barn. He managed to maneuver so the horse was placed onto the ramp of an Equine ambulance that Dr. Flinn drove in.

Finally there was something they could do. With Octayvia and Alexis' help the 4 vet techs, and Dr. Flinn managed to drag Alexandria into the ambulance, whom had been placed on a soft pad for such purpose.

It was a blur really, what happened next, Dr. FLinn and a vet tech were in the ambulance, administering fluids of this sort and that to Alexandria, the doors were slammed shut and while one vet tech started up the ambulance, the other explained to Octavia and Alexis what to do.

Now Octayvia was not one for listening, almost ever and in this situation she didn't even bother hearing one the vet tech had to say. "JUST GO!" she shouted, unaware of the tone she used, one that was frantic as well as demanding.

She blindly dragged Alexis to her truck, still running, thankfully she'd filled up the tank the other day. She watched the ambulance pull out, lights blaring as it turned down the long drive and pulled onto the road.

"He's going to be fine Alexis," she reassured her friend whom was rather statue-esc as of now. Without another word Octayvia gunned the engine, put the car in gear and drove like a mad women after the ambulance. Alexandria would make it, he had to...

Sorry for the long wait!
