Well I know you know what happed in Japan, and if you don't your an idiot! Any ways This picture is supposed to be say" We will help you with whatever you need" The -we- represented by the red wolf who is painted like the american flag and the UN [ United Nations] flag. The wolf is supposed to be helping up the other one or supporting it and the other wolf is Japan. Hope all gets better in Japan and my heart goes out to those suffering!
